Founded in October of 2025, Grace & Grit Junk Removal was built on a foundation of service, leadership, and community. As a husband and father of five, I’ve always valued respect, hard work, and strong relationships. With 27 years in customer service and 12 years in management—including leading a $70M retail operation of 180+ employees as General Manager—I developed deep expertise in operations, team leadership, and customer-focused solutions. Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized as a trusted coach, helping teams improve performance, strengthen communication, and grow professionally. My passion for community service, including organizing volunteer efforts across the Seattle area, further shaped my commitment to serving others. Grace & Grit was created to bring that same level of professionalism, reliability, and care to every job—helping people reclaim their space while delivering a high-standard, service-driven experience.
